Garon is an accomplished construction project manager who has worked in the Hawaii construction industry for over 10 years. He began his career working as an Assistant Project Manager for a local commercial general contractor then later moved into construction management representing project owners. During that time, he has acquired experience in various sectors of the industry inclusive of Commercial Retail, Residential Condominiums, and Hospitality. He has been involved in all aspects of construction with a focus that includes coordination between key project stake holders.
He is skilled at financial and schedule management, design change coordination and early issue identification and resolution, as well as safety, quality control, and documentation management. He has distinct experience in the following aspects of construction:
Sitework, Utilities, Building Pad and Shell Construction
Tenant Improvements to include Management and Coordination of Owner / Tenant Requirements
Exterior Building Skin and Façade Construction and Repair
Coordination and Implementation of Owner Punchlist Inspection Process

Shannon is an accomplished Administrative Assistant with proven experience in the construction industry. She spent the last 2 years working as a Project Administrator for a local General Contracting Company assisting Project managers with day-to-day construction administration on several commercial construction projects including an office conversion to market rentals. During that time, she gained experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors contracts, as well as the AIA Application process for payment.
Well-versed in the review of contractor and subcontractor monthly pay application and supporting documentation
Possesses well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Assists in the preparation of Monthly Lender inspection reports
Skilled at administration of the Punchlist and Warranty process, as well as job close-out procedures
