Project site inspections

Project site inspections will be done weekly to view the progress status and to correspond with the Monthly AIA Request for payment. Viewing the project site enhances our quality of the milestone markers being completed for the project schedule.

Consistently reviewing the project schedule ensures each milestone is achieved effectively. We are always utilizing software and other forms of technology to enhance direct communication with all parties involved.

monthly status reports

An overall project status report inclusive of observations, photos, and recommendations will be provided. This report will also administer review and recommend approval of the monthly AIA request for payment.
